Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will report to the Technical Sales Manager.
Main Non-Exhaustive Responsibilities/Other Requisite:
- Must be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
- Must be able to do any Secretarial duties.
- Given the sensitivity of our work, you should have a proper dress code and positive attitude towards suppliers and colleagues at all times.
- Should be available at any time in case of emergency requirement from the management on weekdays & Saturdays (roster basis).
Duties:
- All Secretarial work for the company.
- Processing of Purchase Orders & proper follow-up.
- Filing and Secretarial works/duties.
- Import & Export, costing, Preparing tenders and quotations.
- Assist After Salespersons.
- Dealing with foreign suppliers.
- Follow up of Maintenance contract.
Experiences and Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in secretary administration is a must.
- HSC/Diploma
- Knowledge of Sicorax and Microsoft Office.
