Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and coordinate the front desk activities, including mail distribution and courier services
- Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Process PO for local purchases
- Look for quotations
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars
- Support the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in similar position
- HSC minimum
