Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage and coordinate the front desk activities, including mail distribution and courier services
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Process PO for local purchases
  • Look for quotations
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars
  • Support the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff


  • 1 year experience in similar position
  • HSC minimum
