Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement and support LAN, Routing, WLAN, and security solutions
- Define project scope and do proof of concepts and trial for customers
- Perform root cause analysis of recurring technical problems and identify solutions
- Prepare write-up of technical proposals and do presentations when required
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO procedures
- Document all proposals and implementations
- Attend and actively participate in operational meetings
- Assist with asset management
- Build a knowledge database and share with the team
- Provide Support to client based on defined SLAs
- Excellent Service Delivery capabilities based on industry best practices such as ITIL
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering / Network & Security Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in designing, implementing, and providing ongoing support on complex networks, including routing, switching, Firewalling and Wireless Connectivity
- 2+ years implementing Cloud Network infrastructure such as Azure / AWS
- 2+ years of SOC experience
- Cisco Certified at CCNP level minimum
- Proficient with Cisco Enterprise ASA Firewall implementations & support
- Following certification will be an advantage: Fortinet, Sophos, Aruba
- Sound knowledge of VPN configurations and SDWAN concepts
- Holder of a valid driving license
