Job Description

The role involves ensuring compliance with the company’s internal regulations.

Personnel File Management:

  • Verify mandatory documents for employee hiring (ID card, certificates, etc.).
  • Prepare employment contracts.

Employee Monitoring:

  • Manage employee contracts (prepare letters for the end of fixed-term contracts, end of probation, probation renewal, drafting addendums, permanent contracts, etc.).
  • Monitor employee absences (warnings, manage sick leave, work accidents, maternity, vacations).
  • Monitor health insurance and medical examinations.

Updating and Monitoring Dashboards:

  • Update and monitor dashboards (monitoring headcount, payroll, social data).

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ of working experiences in a similar position.
