Within the Project team, the HRIS Integration consultant will be in charge of the following technical and functional projects: Data Transfer, Incoming/Outgoing Interfaces, Connectivity, Single Sign On, Security and Authorisations, etc.

As such, its missions will be to:

  • Take charge of the complete analysis of your domain and the writing of specifications.
  • Take care of parameterization and specific developments.
  • Perform internal tests and document them.
  • Accompany the customer in the acceptance phase, follow up on incident reports (tickets) and correct them.
  • Secure the production launch of projects by carrying out the necessary failover operations (correction of the latest anomalies, customer support, preparation of environments, etc.), and ensuring high availability.
  • Autonomously manage all the phases described above within its scope.
  • Look for solutions spontaneously in case of difficulties before generating an escalation, while maintaining control of deadlines.
  • Participate in project committees and regularly inform the project manager of the progress of the work, points of attention and risks.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement projects of the Implementation department by being the driving force to take charge of actions.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by the team leader or project manager.

The ideal profile

  • You have a successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in the field of HRIS
  • You are proficient in several standard programming languages on the market (VBA, Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTMS/CSS, etc.)
  • You have already developed in an HRIS tool.
  • You have a good ability to work in a team to ensure the success of projects.
  • You have sufficient autonomy to guarantee the respect of individual and collective objectives (respect of deadlines, time spent, etc.).
  • You have good communication skills to establish constructive and effective relationships with customers and with the various project stakeholders (internal customers, suppliers, etc.).
  • You have an appetite for discovering new information systems and above all you are interested in the functional side of customer business processes.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French and English.
