Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Manager to join their team.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the organization’s budget, ensuring financial stability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Cost Control: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Facilitate external audits, mitigate financial risks.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations: Supervise daily administrative activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee purchasing processes and manage supplier relationships.
  • HR & Payroll: Support HR functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and benefits administration.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and safeguard company assets, including office equipment, transport and facilities.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Compliance & Legal Support: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Experiences and Qualifications

  • ACCA qualified and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
