Job Description

Our client, a player in the commercialization of energy on the French territory, is looking an Experienced Trainer with exposure in Quality Assurance. The Trainer will be responsible to develop and implement training materials and training / quality assurance policies.


  • Provide training and support to internal teams and departments
  • Identify training needs and develop training materials to ensure continuity to highest standards
  • Ensure service delivery is confirming on quality and other specifications
  • Analyse and investigate service complaints or reports on quality issues
  • Ensure company procedures capture investigation and proper documentation of complaints
  • Identify and resolve workflow and production issues
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify requirements
  • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technologies, and skills
  • Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superior
  • Making recommendations for improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Business Administration or any relevant qualifications
  • Certificate in Training/ Quality Assurance would be a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in Training / Quality Assurance
  • Ideally within BPO environment
  • Solid knowledge on development of training materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
