Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Banking and Payment Support Officer to join their team.

Overall Purpose

The key objective of the role is to input payments and make investigations linked to payments activities. The individual will fully support the Family Office and Corporate Services teams in ensuring payments are duly executed.

Working Relationships

The position reports to the relevant Team Leader of the Banking and Payments Support Team. The role involves close and regular interaction with all members of the Front Office team as well as external business contacts such as banks across the world.

Principal Elements & Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the daily payments’ transactions processing either by SWIFT or Fax/Letter.
  • Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Handle all duties related to payments.
  • Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Appropriate degree or higher diploma with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in monetary payments processing at a bank or similar institution.
