Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst Level 2 – SQL.

What do you have to offer?

Within the Customer Care Luxembourg Service, you will carry out the following missions:

  • Apply knowledge, skills and technical expertise to support the payroll manager and/or end clients on the HRIS on a daily basis to ensure its proper functioning
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to take charge of the settings during Project handovers to Customer Care
  • Participate in information meetings on HRIS developments and internal webinars devoted to legal news
  • Support in the use of the HRIS;
  • Support advanced configuration on all HRIS components including Interfaces;
  • Identify and correct complex anomalies;
  • Ensure legal updates and other configuration changes to customer files;
  • Implement simple functional and technical developments;
  • Collaborate closely with local team members in Luxembourg in resolving tickets
  • Assume responsibility for and follow-up on incidents/tickets assigned to them
  • Ensure responsive and rapid resolution of incidents
  • Analyse, prioritize and track incidents and change requests

Other tasks may be assigned by the team leader or manager

Experience required

  • Diploma or license in computer science
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in software development, testing or application support at Level 2

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of computers
  • Knowledge of industry standards and project methodologies
  • Knowledge of software development concepts and cycles
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of SQL
  • Good command of programming is a plus

The ideal profile

  • You have excellent communication (written and oral) in French and English
  • You have previous experience in payroll or HRIS environment
  • You have sufficient autonomy to guarantee compliance with individual and collective objectives (response time, quality, etc.)
  • You benefit from good communication skills to establish constructive and effective relationships with payroll managers / end customers
