Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting cheques/sales listing on QuickBooks software.
  • Bank reconciliations of clients’ bank accounts on a monthly basis on QuickBooks.
  • Transcribing minutes of meetings for the board of directors.
  • Assisting in audit work.
  • Completion of audit planning procedures.
  • Preparation of Fixed Assets Register.
  • Performing other tasks as instructed by the Supervisors/Partner.

Requirements:

  • HSC and/or Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
  • ACCA Level 1.
